Chikan Eatery was the first fast food restaurant in Taiwan. Because the first generation chef Hsiung Liu-Yi had experience of cooking western cuisine, he made the first fast meal in Taiwan in 1950. It contains fresh salad, fried shrimp, fried pork chop, rice and soup. The meal has had a name “Lunch” since 1950, and it is dined with a knife and a fork.

You only need to say to Chikan Eatery “One lunch”, and you will be able to enjoy the Taiwanese first fast food meal. Of course, you can order it for dinner as well.
