![]() Grilled SquidGrilled Squid is the second generation chef Hsiung Zong-Zhe’s most confident Taiwanese cuisine. In addition to Coffin Toast, Mr. Hsiung has also introduced the recipe on the TV show (Channel 6 FTV). He heats fatty squids in an oil wok and then cooks with very specific ingredients, which cannot be found in other places. All customers praise the dish. The Grilled Squid at Chikan Eatery is unique and totally different from others. Squid pieces are boiled and drained. Heat up the boiling oil pot and stir-fry with green onions and ginger. Pour in the squid pieces, and cook and stir with high heat. Pour in alcohol and salt. Get them on a plate. Add a little oil in the oil pot and fry celery with high heat. Add some salt. Pour the squid pieces with flour and quick fry with high heat. Finally, spread some white sesame on the top. The excellent flavor is only at Chikan Eatery.
